We currently have 5 knitting yarns in stock. It has been spun from our own flocks which graze the fields at Godshill Park Farm, Isle of Wight.
Super soft knitting yarn.
Blend of 80% alpaca and 20% BFLX wool both from our flocks here at Godshill Park Farm.
It comes in 50g skeins or balls.
3 colours from 3 alpacas:
Ryan – brown – 50g, 150m, 4 ply;
Louis – cream – 50g, 185m, 4 ply;
Ruban- grey – 50g, 160m, 4 ply;
This beautifully soft light caramel naturally coloured yarn has been spun from my Castlemilk Moorit and Blue Faced Leicester sheep fleeces. Castlemilk Moorit Wool is from our rare breed here on the farm.
Available in DK and 4 ply it is ideal for crochet work, knitting into jumpers, socks, hats, gloves, scarves etc.
Blend of Alpaca Boreray and Castlemilk Moorit Aran wool, naturally coloured and undyed. Each ball weighs 50g and is 70m long. Price £8 for 50g.
Heritage breed Aran knitting wool
Pure Boreray Sheep Double Knitting wool. The oatmeal is naturally coloured and undyed. Available in 50g (110m) balls and 100g (220m) skeins.
I’ve hand dyed some of the 100g skeins orange, purple and turquoise. Price £8 for 50g and £15 for 100g.
Robust naturally coloured or dyed double knitting wool
Castlemilk moorit and alpaca blend chunky wool, naturally coloured and undyed chocolate brown. Soft and cosy. Ideal for blankets, throws or openwork garments. We make Castlemilk Moorit Fleece ourselves. Price £8 for 50g.
