Terms & Conditions:

A minimum deposit of 100.00 GB pounds is payable at the time of booking, with the balance due eight weeks before arrival. A booking once accepted is a legal commitment and guests will be liable for the whole amount of the booking in the event of a cancellation where it proves not possible to re-let the accommodation. In order to cover this it is recommended that guests should consider taking out travel insurance. The cottages are non smoking.
