Hazel Cottage IOW is a detached 3 bedroom cottage and a secluded, luxury retreat situated on a working farm a quarter of a mile from the public road. The gently undulating farmland is crossed by footpaths which lead down to the village and up to the downs. We have a lake stocked with roach and carp for the exclusive fishing use of our guests. There is a restaurant 10 minutes walk away in the village together with two pubs and a variety of small shops.

The cottage is furnished traditionally and is centrally heated with gas. Six to seven people can be accommodated in two upstairs bedrooms which each have a double bed and a ground floor bedroom which has twin beds – a camp bed can be provided for a 7th person if required.  There is a bathroom upstairs with bath and downstairs a shower room, basin & wc. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, an electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer drier. There is a comfortable lounge and dining facilities in the south facing conservatory. French windows open into the garden where there is seating for al fresco dining. Facilities include dvd player and flat screen tv.

The cottage will appeal to those wanting peace & tranquillity in a luxurious environment.

Terms & Conditions:

A minimum deposit of 100.00 GB pounds is payable at the time of booking Hazel Cottage, with the balance due eight weeks before arrival. A booking once accepted is a legal commitment and guests will be liable for the whole amount of the booking in the event of a cancellation where it proves not possible to re-let the accommodation. In order to cover this it is recommended that guests should consider taking out travel insurance. The cottages are non smoking.
