Pheasant Cottage on Godshill Park Farm is a delightful detached cottage in the heart of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, close to the picturesque village of Godshill. Set on a working livestock farm bordering Appuldurcombe Estate, it’s a 10-minute drive from Shanklin’s sandy beaches.

We are in an excellent location for walking, coarse angling, cycling, horse riding and golf.

The cottage looks out across the orchard to the nearby millpond, which has an abundance of waterfowl, beyond which are the downs. Godshill Church can also be seen in the opposite direction.

The accommodation is comfortable and well equipped. It has free WiFi, central heating, and free provision of linen, and children are welcome. The sitting room features a large bay window, a flat-screen television with DVD recorder, and a Fire Stick TV for easy access to your favourite streaming services. A DAB radio is also provided for added comfort and entertainment.

There is a dining area and a fully fitted modern kitchen with an electric cooker and hob, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, and an air fryer for quick and convenient meals. The modern bathroom has a bath with shower over. Upstairs, the bedrooms comprise one twin and one double.

Dogs are accepted by prior arrangement.

Changeover day is Monday or Friday. The cottage must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Bed linen is provided and beds are made up. Bath towels are supplied at no additional cost.
