The open plan sitting/dining room leads you through french windows onto the south facing terrace which looks out over the garden to the millpond and the woods and farmland beyond, stretching up to the downs.  There is free wifi, inclusive linen & all utilities, ample comfortable lounge seating, wooden patio furniture and a large dining table with six chairs.  A cot and high chair can be provided if necessary.  A washing machine and dishwasher are also in the property.
