Policies

1. Check in to Lake View Cottage between 16:00 and 19:00 – Check out by 10:00. 2. Children of all ages are welcome. 3. Pets are not allowed. 4. Smoking is allowed in some of the open air areas. 5. No stag and hen groups. 6. Parking for all guests is available on site and is free of charge.

Payment Conditions

Payments by cash, cheque, bacs, and the following cards:
Visa, Mastercard.
We reserve the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.

A deposit of 33% of the booking total is required.
The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions.
Full booking balance must be paid 28 days before arrival.

If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 28 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 33% of the stay will be made.

In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

Cancellation Conditions

If a booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 14 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 33% of the stay will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
